IECEx and ATEX Inspection

Hazardous area required Ex compliance equipment to be used, hence the diesel engines required safety modifications that may include a water cooled turbo and exhaust  unique system, high temperature sensors that may link to engine shutdown systems, flame arrestor, spark arrestor and air inlet shutdown valves and others that may required. Also can come with DNV 2.7.1 Frame.

This modifications are required to meet and comply with Atex Directive (94/9/EC) Zone 2 Hazardous Area with normal compliance to CAT 3G (Zone 2), Gas Group IIB and Temperature Class T3 (200 Deg C)
